Pitstop in Baltimore

Driving with a toddler can be an adventure in itself.  The drive from Lake Watauga to New York is about 12 hours, so we decided to break it up with a pit stop in Baltimore.  Brett found us a great deal on Priceline to the Hyatt Regency and we ended up right in the middle of all the action!

Baltimore's Inner Harbor has been one of the major seaports in the U.S. since the 1700's (remember everything is OLD in this part of the country!). Today, it's a hub of fun stuff! There were tons of shops, restaurants and fun places to visit.

We didn't get to spend a lot of time there, but we did have a chance to walk around and grab a bite to eat.  Highly recommend the crab cake sandwich or the crab basket at Phillips Seafood. Pretty tasty!
